How much does Media Day cost?
Media Day uses a sliding price scale based on the number of individual photographs delivered, capped at $50 per athlete. I confirm the arrangement before the session.
How many poses can an athlete choose?
It depends on the athlete. Some prefer just a few poses; others want more. Three or four poses with a couple of photographs each is common, but it is not a fixed requirement.
What comes with athlete gallery access?
The one-time athlete gallery access fee includes downloads of every available full-resolution digital photograph featuring that athlete, including available buddy, group, and team photographs. Prints and photo packages are optional purchases.
Can seniors select photographs for school banners?
Yes. Senior athletes can select preferred photographs for school banners. Please coordinate design and printing needs with me and the school.
Action Photography
Game-day coverage, athlete requests, and galleries.
Will every athlete be photographed at a game?
General game coverage follows the action, so I cannot guarantee photographs of every participant. If you want dedicated coverage of a particular athlete, ask me about booking it.
Can I request coverage of one athlete or an entire team?
Yes. I offer photography for individual athletes, teams, and sporting events. Send me the sport, event date, location, and the kind of coverage you want.
Why do some football galleries have free downloads?
I often photograph football games on assignment for local media. Those galleries may have complimentary downloads. A gallery can also be free to visitors when a sponsor, school, team, or family has already paid for the photography.

Where can I find photographs from an event?
Look through the galleries on my Sport Shutter website. Events are organized to help you locate photographs; some galleries are public and others require private access.
Why do some galleries require payment?
When I photograph an event independently, without a media assignment or prepaid photography arrangement, individual purchases may be needed to support the coverage.
Are full-resolution downloads included with Media Day?
Yes. Once the athlete's one-time gallery access fee is paid, all available full-resolution digital images featuring that athlete can be downloaded without additional per-image charges.
Can I order prints?
Yes. Prints and photo packages are optional purchases, separate from the included Media Day digital downloads.
Schools & Sponsors
School usage, prepaid sessions, and sponsor-funded galleries.
Can a sponsor or school cover the photography cost upfront?
Yes. A sponsor, school, team, or group can arrange to fund photography in advance. Depending on the agreement, I can provide one shared public or private gallery without individual athlete access fees.
Can the school use photos on social media and in graphics?
Yes. I give a designated school contact full access for school-related purposes, including social media, graphics, announcements, and other school needs, regardless of the payment arrangement. This does not replace individual family gallery access.
